How long does shipping take?

What should I do if my shipment is severely delayed?
If you experience a significant shipping delay, please contact our customer service at (service@pootoo.com) for assistance. If the delay is confirmed to be abnormal (e.g., lost package) or expected to continue for a prolonged period, we will arrange a replacement or refund according to your preference.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and carrier details. Simply visit our Track Your Order page and enter your tracking number to check your shipment status.
What if I want to cancel my order?
If you would like to cancel your order, please email us at service@pootoo.com before your item is shipped and we will refund you in full. However, we cannot process cancellations if your item has already been shipped.
What if I am not satisfied with the product I received?
We strive to provide a smooth shopping experience. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the item within 30 days of delivery. Please retain the original packaging, fillers and ensure the item is unused and unassembled.
