What types of payments do you accept?

We currently only accept PayPal payments. After submitting an order, you will be redirected to PayPal to complete the transaction.

Are these products environmentally friendly?

Does Pootoo have a warranty and what does it include?

We offer a one-year warranty on our furniture against manufacturing defects applicable to the original owner effective from the date of delivery. Warranty does not apply to any conditions resulting from faulty installation, outdoor use, misuse, or expected wear. If you find yourself experiencing an issue with our guarantee, please reach out to us so we can make it right.

Order Inquiries

How do I cancel my order?

If you would like to cancel your order, please email us at service@pootoo.com before your order is shipped, and we will refund you in full.

If your item has already shipped, we will no longer be able to process a cancellation.

How long will it take to get my order?

Most orders are received within 15-35 business days.

How can I track my purchase?

When your order ships, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with information about the carrier and estimated arrival date.

How much do you charge for shipping?

We offer complimentary shipping on all orders.

How can I change my address after placing an order?

If you need to change the shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at service@pootoo.com or via live chat to ensure we can update your information in our system before it ships. Once your shipment is on the way, we are unable to change the address.

Where can you ship?

We ship anywhere within the contiguous United States. At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.

What can I do if my order is damaged upon arrival?

Please report any damages within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at service@pootoo.com. We ask that you please submit photos of the problem (including images of the packaging), as this will help facilitate a quick resolution.

Returns

What is your return policy?

We want everyone to love our products as much as we do, but if for any reason you'd like to initiate a return, we're here to help.

Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 days after delivery of the product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once you send back the product and it’s checked in at our warehouse, we'll issue a full refund. We reserve the right to refuse to issue refunds for fraudulent or defective returns at our sole discretion. Our Returns and Refunds policy is designed to ensure a hassle-free process for you.
