· United States

· Canada

· Australia

· United Kingdom

· European Union Member States

· Singapore

Chapter 2: Covered Products and Scope

Supplementary Note · Primary Materials

Depending on specific product models, POOTOO furniture products are primarily manufactured using the following materials:

· Solid Wood

· Engineered Wood (Plywood)

The above materials are used for structural or functional components of the products. Under normal use conditions, their structural stability and manufacturing quality are protected by the three-year warranty period specified in this Warranty.

Article 3: Covered Products

1. This Warranty applies to all products sold through the POOTOO official website.

2. Any product purchased through the POOTOO website that is indicated or deemed to include a three-year warranty commitment is automatically subject to this Warranty. If certain special products are explicitly marked with a shorter or longer warranty period on the product page, only the warranty duration shall follow that specific product marking; all other customer rights, warranty scope, and service principles shall fully comply with this Warranty.

3. Covered products include but not limited to: tables, chairs, sofas, bed frames, cabinets, storage furniture, and other home furnishing products and related items designed, manufactured, and sold by POOTOO through the official website.

Article 4: Definition of Warranty Scope

I. Material Specifications and Warranty Principles

(1) Solid Wood

Solid wood originates from natural timber. Each product possesses inherent grain and color variations, making it a premium furniture material.

1. Material Properties:

· Natural wood grain, unique appearance, and natural wood pores

· Natural reaction to changes in ambient temperature and humidity

2. Possible Natural or Use-Related Conditions:

· Differences in grain, knots, and color depth

· Slight expansion, contraction, or hairline cracks due to seasonal or climatic changes

3. Warranty Responsibility:

· Structural cracking or damage to load-bearing components caused by improper material selection, insufficient drying, or manufacturing defects falls within the scope of this Warranty

· Natural grain or reasonable variations that do not affect structural safety or functional use are not considered quality defects

(2) Engineered Wood / Plywood

Engineered wood is manufactured by cross-laminating multiple layers of solid wood veneer, offering structural stability and strength, and is widely used in modern furniture manufacturing.

1. Material Properties:

· Excellent structural stability and load-bearing capacity

· Better adaptability to humidity changes compared to solid wood

2. Possible Natural or Use-Related Conditions:

· Minor color changes in surface finish or wood grain over time

· Slight deformation may occur in environments with significant temperature or humidity changes

3. Warranty Responsibility:

· Delamination, obvious deformation, or structural instability caused by manufacturing defects, adhesion defects, or material defects falls within the scope of this Warranty

· Minor changes that do not affect structural safety or normal use are generally not considered quality defects

II. Unified Warranty Principles

1. "Normal Use Conditions" means usage in accordance with product instructions, indoor environments, and general furniture use standards.

2. For structural or functional failures caused by manufacturing defects, materials not meeting design requirements, or workmanship issues, POOTOO shall provide warranty service in accordance with this Warranty.

3. For natural changes arising from inherent material properties under reasonable use conditions, POOTOO will conduct a professional assessment and, provided that product safety and basic functionality are not affected, provide reasonable explanations, usage guidance, or necessary support.

During the warranty period, if any of the following quality issues occur with the product under normal use conditions, POOTOO shall provide warranty service in accordance with this Warranty:

1. Structural Damage: Frame breakage, cracking, or failure of load-bearing structures

2. Manufacturing Defects: Welding defects, material defects, production workmanship issues, or missing/damaged accessories

3. Functional Failure: Inability to use the product or serious impairment of functionality during normal use

Chapter 3: Warranty Period

Article 5: Warranty Duration

1. Eligible products are covered by a three (3) year limited warranty from the date the Customer actually receives the product.

2. The warranty period is determined based on the delivery date recorded in the logistics system or valid proof of receipt provided by the Customer.

Article 6: Independence of Warranty Period

Replacement parts, repair services, or product replacements shall not automatically extend the original warranty period, unless POOTOO has otherwise expressly agreed in writing.

Chapter 4: Differences in Warranty Service

Article 7: Differences in Service Methods

Without affecting the Customer's warranty rights, POOTOO may employ one or more of the following methods when providing warranty service:

· The handling of warranty-related or replacement parts generally requires 3 to 35 days, with the specific time reasonably determined based on the complexity of the issue, type of parts, and production or allocation situation.

· Local replacement or remote repair guidance

· In special circumstances, complete product replacement or refund through mutual agreement

POOTOO shall select a reasonable solution that causes the least inconvenience to the Customer, based on inventory availability, logistics feasibility, and the Customer's location.

Chapter 5: Forms of Warranty Service

Article 8: Warranty Service Methods

After confirming that the issue falls within the warranty scope, POOTOO may reasonably select and implement one or more of the following methods:

· 1. After confirming the original parts have quality defects, provide necessary replacement parts free of charge.

· 2. Provide remote installation or repair guidance.

· 3. Replace with the same or equivalent model product.

· 4. Provide partial or full refund through mutual agreement.

Article 9: Cost Sharing Principles

Within the warranty scope, POOTOO shall bear reasonable and necessary costs incurred in fulfilling warranty obligations:

Under Clear Warranty Responsibility:

· Replacement parts costs shall be borne by POOTOO

· One-time reasonable shipping costs for replacement parts shall be borne by POOTOO

Under Non-Warranty Situations:

· All costs shall be borne by the Customer

Chapter 6: Exclusions and Non-Applicable Situations

Article 10: Exclusions

This Warranty does not cover the following situations:

· 1. Damage caused by human factors, misuse, or abuse.

· 2. Installation, use, or maintenance not carried out in accordance with product instructions or official installation guides, where such improper conduct can be reasonably evidenced to have a direct causal relationship with the problem.

· 3. Customer self-assembly performed according to product instructions is not considered unauthorized disassembly, provided it does not affect the original structural safety and no unnecessary modifications have been made; however, this excludes unauthorized structural modifications, disassembly beyond the scope of instructions, or repairs performed by unauthorized personnel.

· 4. Normal wear and tear or appearance changes that do not affect structural safety or basic functionality (such as surface scratches or natural material aging).

· 5. Natural changes inherent to wood or other natural materials (such as reasonable color changes, grain differences, slight deformation, or hairline cracks), provided they do not affect product safety or normal use.

· 6. Effects caused by extreme or abnormal use environments, including but not limited to:

· Long-term exposure to excessively dry or humid environments

· Non-indoor use or exposure to rain or direct sunlight

· Near heat sources or prolonged exposure to high-temperature environments

· 7. Force majeure events, including but not limited to fire, flood, or earthquake.

Burden of Proof and Assessment: If product issues may involve both installation-related factors and product quality factors, POOTOO shall conduct a comprehensive assessment based on materials provided by the Customer, product structural characteristics, and reasonable technical judgment. If it cannot be reasonably proven that the problem was directly caused by improper installation, POOTOO shall not reject a legitimate warranty claim solely on the basis of installation.

Chapter 7: Warranty Claim Process

Article 11: Claim Requirements

When submitting a warranty claim, the Customer must provide:

· 1. Valid order number or purchase proof

· 2. Clear photos or videos of the product issue and packaging

Chapter 9: Interpretation and Dispute Resolution

Article 15: Interpretation and Discretion

To the extent permitted by law, POOTOO reserves the right to interpret this Warranty. Such interpretation shall follow the principle of good faith and shall not unreasonably reduce the Customer's legal rights under this Warranty.

Article 16: Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

The formation, performance, and interpretation of this Warranty shall be governed by consumer protection laws and regulations applicable in the place of sale or the Customer's place of residence.

Chapter 10: Supplementary Provisions

Article 17: Website Publication and Applicability

1. This Warranty shall remain published on the POOTOO official website as an important basis for Customer purchase decisions and after-sales service.

2. After the order is completed and officially shipped by POOTOO, the Customer shall be deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all contents of this Warranty.

Article 18: Effective Date

This Warranty takes effect from the date of publication on the official website and applies to all products sold through the POOTOO website thereafter.
