THE 1920 Cabinet came into being one afternoon in 2017. POOTOO's founder, Luca, stumbled upon the dust-covered Lincoln Mark V Continental while clearing the wreckage after a hurricane. This car was a birthday gift from Luca's grandfather (born in 1920) when Luca turned 18. The aged Lincoln had accompanied Luca and his grandfather on journeys across every corner of America, carrying endless memories and the profound legacy of life.
Running fingertips along the sharp lines of the old Lincoln, touching the weight of history, amidst the post-disaster sorrow pervading the destroyed yard, thoughts on life and existence began to sprout in Luca's mind, eternal memories pulsating in his thoughts. In an unexpected encounter, the three elements sparked a subtle chemical reaction.
